Position: Product Management - Senior Manage Director, WB BGA products

Major Respoibilities:

I. CustomeProduct/Marketing Strategy

II. Strong undetanding of semiconductor markets and industry: customer markets, products, competito etc.

III. Product and customer knowledgetrategy to eure realistic and market pricing

IV. New Customer Development and Wire-bond Product Marketing

V. Define product marketing plan and business development strategy. Strategize business engagement while developing actio pla for current and targeted custome.

VI. Collect, analyze and undetand product market intelligence to integrate into strategy to win in market/customer

Experience Requirements:

7+ yea minimum experience in Product Marketing management is required in addition to Business Development in IC packaging or related field.

Direct experience of the below areas:

1.Product Marketing Management experience in the Semiconductor packaging Industry or Wirebond products and/or assembly services.

2.Specific customer facing experience in the Semiconductor packaging Industry

3.Proven track record of Business Development expertise

4.Working knowledge or familiarity with Wirebond products packaging technologies and Materials

5.Direct experience with a strong undetanding of Product marketing and product line management including experience in deal closures with custome.

6.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple organizatio and groups within and outside the company

7.A dynamic ‘can do’ peonality with excellent relatiohip building skills, and results-oriented approach.

Education &

?BS Degree in Technical field + MBA preferred.

Special Skills or Qualificatio that are helpful:

? Strong Communicational (written, verbal), organizational & interpeonal skills.

? Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Power point, Excel, Project, Word etc.) is essential.

?Motivated, self-starter with demotrated leadehip skills and ability to manage multiple projects without direct supervision.

? Fluency in both English &Mandarin Chinese is highly desired.
