Job Description:

-- Lead ipection team to carry out product quality control and rework

as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.

-- Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.

-- Prepare the sorting/ipection working itruction and provide proper

training to the ipection team. Daily report to the customer and

weekly projects overview reports.

-- Implement layered process audit internal the team during projects.

-- Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined

countermeasures on-site.

--Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer

representative (on-site support at end-customer).

--Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group.

Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis,

implementation of the corrective measures and check the effectiveness.

--Manage customer service project for OEM or Tier1 supplier.

--8D report and corresponding follow up.

Job Requirement:

-- Above 3 yea working experience in automotive industry and good

knowledge on the quality control.

-- To work independence, respoible with good project management skill

and good undetanding about requirement.

-- Strong communication skill and customer complain management.

-- Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the

projects.

-- Familiar with quality problem solving tools, such as 8D, 3*5why etc.

-- Projectupplier management skill.

-- Good communication skills in English are fundamental.

-- Background in PCBA relevant products. eg:cluster, central control

panel, air condition control panel, navigation systems is prefered.
