Qualification required:

1.More than 5 yea working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control

2.Minimum 3 yea process management and 2 yea team management experience in the manufacturing factory.

3.Experienced in 6S, standardization

4.Strong communication skills and motivation, experience in customer service is a plus

5.Experienced in problem solving process, eg. 8D and quality tools application

6.Good ability to motivate people, multi-task, timing and pressure management

7.Good executive ability

8.Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports

9.Good written and verbal English skill

8.Lead root cause analysis and solutio for customer complaints, deal with 8D report.

9.Respoible for 5S, Standardization, process management and safety

10.Manage own control and rework projects( 50% below engineer project quantity)

11.Oite ipection team performance review

12.Lead project’s summary by weekly, monthly and after conclude.
