Job Title: Senior Equipment Engineer

Department: Aircraft Components Services-Engineering

Report to: Engineering manager

【Respoibilities】

● Manage various equipment, such as test benches for hydraulic non-rotary components, test bench for hydraulic rotary components, pneumatic valve test bench, hydrostatic test stand, ultrasonic cleaner, oven, and etc.

● Lead equipment related projects, such as equipment inductio, reliability improvement, efficiency improvement, and etc.

● Work together with product engineer to writing specificatio of equipment, evaluate proposals from external supplie, monitor manufacturing process, do acceptance ipection, and etc.

● Create technical guidance for mechanics and equipment maintenance staff in terms of equipment operating itruction, maintenance itruction, and etc.

● Work together with tool/equipment controller in production team to maintain proper stock of equipment spare part.

● Monitor equipment reliability, and take improvement actio if necessary.

● Final releasing ipector of equipment heavy maintenance and major change.

● Maintain smooth communication channel with equipment OEM.

● Give calibration guidance to tool/equipment controller in production team, including calibration interval, calibration reference and limitatio.

● Perform special evaluation if the routine calibration fails.

● Coach mechanics to operate customized equipment.

● Coach equipment maintenance staff to perform routine maintenance and trouble shooting.

● Coach Young enginee.

【Qualificatio】

● Majored in relative engineering field, Bachelor degree or above.

● No less than 10-year work experience in technical positio of aviation OEM and MRO.

● No less than 6-year work experience in engineering positio of aircraft component OEM and MRO.

● No less than 2-year work experience in equipment management related positio, such as equipment induction, maintenance, and etc.

● Good knowledge of repair process and methods for aircraft component.

● Good knowledge of usual equipment in aircraft component repair, such as test benches, polisher, grinder, lathe, miller, oven, ultrasonic cleaner and etc.

● Good knowledge and experience of measurement and control system equipped with National Itruments (NI) devices and LabVIEW software is preferred.

● Be familiar with MS Office and CAD software. Solidworks and AUTOCAD are preferred.

● Strong written and verbal English skills.

● Basic hand-on skills.
