空运海运高级操作(Senior Operation）

Respoibilities :

Respoible for routine daily operation of both sea freight and air freight in Fujian area

Respoible for building and maintaining closer relatiohip with existing custome and oveeas by enhanced professional customer service

Reports directly to Office Manager and work closely with agreed partne and agents at Xiamen and Fuzhou.

Main Job Tasks & Objectives:

Timely respoe to customer and oveeas booking inquires.

Track and trace operation process to eure high standard qualified service committed to clients.

Timely prepare and submit full set of shipping documents with related parties, e.g. carrie, airlines, custome and oveeas etc.

Timely maintenance of clients contact list, incl. new clients information.

Keep good relatiohip with custome and explore new business opportunities for the company

Timely collection and submission requested reports to network and office manager.

Keep all business related filings in confidential and good order.

Qualificatio:

College graduate with Min. 4-5 year operation experience in both ocean freight and air freight. Experience in logistics area would be a plus.

Good English language and communication skills

Strong see of customer service and can do attitude

Self-motivation and teamwork with long-term development strategy.

Accurate, respoible, hardworking, initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure and overtime
