1. 协助高层制定公司级战略目标，制定公司质量目标；

Assist senior management to set company-level strategic objectives, and company quality objectives ;

2、策划/领导质量部门工作，完成公司质量经营目标；

Plan and lead the quality department to achieve the target of the company quality management;

3、完善公司TS16949质量管理体系，满足客户要求；

Improve the company TS16949 quality management system to meet customer requirements;

4、管理、实施质量管控，降低和杜绝质量投诉；

Manage and implement the quality control, reduce and eliminate the quality complaints;

5、质量目标汇总并监督实施结果；

Summarize the quality objectives and monitor the implementation results;

6、组织和实施内部质量体系审核，管理评审，产品和过程审核；

Organize and implement internal & external quality system audit, management review, product and process audit;

7、组织实施供应商审核和质量改进；

Organize and implement supplier audit and quality improvement;

8、组织或者参与客户抱怨的处理。

Organize or participate in the treatment of customer complaints.

任职资格Qualification required：

1. 大学本科学历，机械制造相关专业;

Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

2. 汽车行业5年以上质量经理工作经验;

At least 5 yea working experience as Quality Manager in Auto industry;

3. 熟练的英语听说读写能力；

Fluent English level for both written and oral;

4. 良好的质量策划能力，较强的团队协助能力，沟通、组织能力及解决问题能力；

Good quality planning ability, strong team cooperation, communication, organizing and problem solving ability;

6. 熟练掌握TS16949质量体系，熟练使用五大工具，有内审员资格证；

Proficiency in TS16949 quality system and Five Tools (APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,FMEA), with TS16949 internal auditor qualification.
