oSupport technical reviews between the China Supplier and the Client Enginee

oUtilize a Project Management approach to support all the development of:

oPrioritized Tasks List (what must be done, by whom, and by when)

oMaster Timing Plan which includes Key Events & Dates status/tracking, Tool manufacturing status, and Itallation

status/tracking

oAPQP activities and documentation completion to eure timely completion and submission to the Customer which

includes - PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan,MSA study, Gauging plan, R&R study, Correlation data with the Customer, any

required SPC data collection on KPCs, PPAP documents, Run@ Rate, Launch Containment plan, etc

?Open Issues Tracking

?Resolve any quality problems encountered during Program Launch

oProvide training to the Supplier on PM techniques, APQP forms, documents, or other Quality Ipection Procedures so the

Supplier may become proficient to complete those documents themselves (knowledge trafer).

oEscalate and address issues encountered early so resolutio may be implanted to maintain Program Launch timing

oProvide weekly progress reports
