Role & Respoibilities:

?Knowledge in the fields of ProductioManufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management.

?Train and follow-up on APQP- Documents (Control Plan, FMEA, process flow and so on)

?Supplier assessments to improve the deficiencies found during the audit or help supplier prepare for an OEM’s audit or a TS16949 audit.

?Manage and follow-up on new product launch – APQP activities.

?Lead and support of Gap closure activities to help supplier close the open issues to meet quality system requirement of customer.

?Manage and monitor supplier quality performance of production to eure through-out and delivered quantity & date appropriately.

?Work collaboratively on multi-cultural teams and to be part of an overall team approach to client assignments.

Qualification & Skills Requirements:

?Commodity expertise in engine exhaust system Parts

?Undetand of process engineering and/or manufacturing quality systems

?Thorough knowledge of the APQP & PPAP Process and all documents.

?Good problem solving skills with thorough undetanding of 8D report, 5 Why, SPC etc.

?Quite undetanding of ISO 9000 and TS16949 Site audit requirements.

?Good English, capable of communication, organization and leading of on-site technical review and conference call with oveeas.

?Familiarity with automotive manufacturing desired.

?Ability to perform tralation / interpretation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese.

Skills:

?Proficient in AutoCad.

?Fully proficient computing skills in MS Office and Outlook.

?Excellent communication skills (fluency) in English and Chinese

Education:Bachelor degree+ in Engineering (Manufacturing) Engineering

Experience:Quality / Engineering with 8 yea’ experience at in the Automotive Industry, preferably a few yea at an international JV or WOFE
