Respoibilities:
? Generate and Manage Liceing Process for all Products from start to full execution
? Mater use of SAP-CRM and Sales-force and help the sales team to keep the update of the information in the systems
? Fill in all order forms and spreadsheets needed to process orde
? Support the allocated sales teams on all new and renewal sales order processing
? Work with operation teams to make sure the orde are processed timely and accurately
? Manage renewal business within selected territory
? Inform the custome of access granting and send the invoice to custome
? Maintain high level of customer support via email, phone and or in peon
? Meet or exceed monthly Library Sales Group invoicing and sales targets and goals.
? Manage daily Account maintenance, IP updates, Access Problems, Invoicing Related Issues
? Usage Analysis both re-actively and pro-actively to custome
? Prospecting leads for Liceing/Account Manage
? Developing a network of external and internal contacts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 yea prior service experience preferably work in the publishing or academic sector. A strong undetanding and previous experience in the STM market and knowledge of journal and multi-site liceing is a plus. Strong computer skills in databases, MS Word, Excel and Power Point a must. Must be well organized, highly motivated, flexible and able to work independently.
