职位描述：

1、Conduct feasibility studies relating to real estate investment opportunities in China;

对中国房地产市场的投资机会进行可行性研究

2、Undertake property market surveys and investment analysis;

对物业市场进行市场调研和投资分析

3、Independently manage investment coultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues across Asia;

能够独立承担项目的投资顾问工作

4、Coolidate and compile research findings;

编辑、整理研究成果，管理数据信息

5、Assist management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.

根据需要向客户介绍、演示自己的投资分析报告。

任职资格：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, mathematics, finance or relative, oveeas is preferred;

大学本科及以上学历，房地产、数学、金融或相关专业，海外留学背景尤佳；

2、Working experience in property industry will be a plus;

具有房地产行业工作经验

3、Excellent command of written and spoken English and mandarin;

英文流利，能够顺利完成英文分析报告；

4、Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;

具有数据分析、处理、归纳技巧和能力，能够独立撰写投资分析报告；

5、Out-going peonality, ability to work under pressure and deadline.

团队合作精神和紧迫感，能够承担工作压力。示自己的投资分析报告。
