Working shift: 10:00pm - 9:00am, 1 day off 1 day on, permanent night shift

Main Respoibilities: Provide excellent customer serviceHandle all customer inquiries through phone call and emails timely and in good qualityCommunicate with travel agency / tour operator by being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful when dealing with clientsEure that requests from custome are properly channeled to the right peopleSupport tralation and liaise with Hotels on travel agency / tour operato' behalf

Candidate Profile: Willing to work night shift(10:00pm-9:00am) and on weekendsEnthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent interpeonal skillsStrong computer literacy with excellent verbal / written communication Good spoken and written English and knowledge of a second or third language are necessary for this jobExcellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a faced-pace environment3 yea' reservatio experience in the hotel or travel industry is preferable.
