Position Summary:

Conduct Safety, performance tests on Hardline products according to standards or testing methods.

Duties & Respoibilities:

1、Evaluate the capability of the lab according to TRF as well as eure the test capacity and TAT required.

2、Respect and apply the test correctly according to requirements of the client. Evaluate if the received sample complies with the test requirementcope.

3、Apply the standards with appropriate test methods. Assign relative tests to each lab based on prescribed protocols, testing methods, product standardspecificatio as required.

4、Perform testing on products according to prescribed testing methods, standardspecificatio appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants. Accurately record test data, equipments used for tests and the coumable used if needed. Issue test data sheets for recording the test results/findings.

5、Support and supervise the Testing EngineeTechnicia to conduct testing according to relevant standards, and review test results.

6、Manage the samples for subcontracted test, review all of the results and raw data provided by the lab (including subcontracting labs).

7、Review the draft report.

8、Strongly control the projects in hand and balance internal resource.

9、Awer the inquiry from the client and negotiateet up the test method with client. Technical communicate with the respoible program client and have clear status for update.

10、Provide feedback to N+1 timely regarding processes and recommendatio for improvements.

Skills & Requirements：

1、Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

2、Good reading and writing English capability. Fluent oral English would be preferred.

3、Good time management and communication skill.

4、Individual and Team work ethic.

5、Familiar with the general test requirements (physical, chemical or both), experience in the product testing.

6、Familiar with the test equipment operating.

7、Familiar with BVlab system.

8、Familiar with ISO/IEC17025 standard.

9、Knowledge of testing from laboratory / manufacturing.

10、Knowledge of setup test method and equipment for un-regular products.

11、Ability to solve problems and developing methods independently.

12、Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.

13、Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).

14、Good training skill for Test Engineetechnicia and clerk.

Education & Experience ：

1、High Diploma / Degree and above

2、Above 3 yea of lab working experience in related product category, at least 1 year testing experience

3、Above 1 year of working experience in project management
