1. 负责根据客户的要求,给用户提供专业的延保知识咨询、出单和相关服务工作。
2. 负责依据延保种类及相关的赔付范围,快速同店内人员熟悉,协助店内销售顾问及服务顾问延保出单,达成销售目标。
3. 负责合同的签订,并以POS机等方式收取服务费用。
4. 每日提交日报,提交客户信息量统计。
5. 负责客户资料、延保单证的收集整理、审核并提交运营,对信息准确性完整性负责;
6. 负责客户发票的发放。
7. 负责购买延保客户后续服务工作追踪,避免出现投诉,协助售后对理赔客户进行沟通。
8. 对店内售前售后人员进行培训,同店内负责人沟通,确定产品销售方案和活动,了解汽车市场,进行新店拜访探讨合作,进行客户、经销商回款的追踪。
任职要求:
1. 高中及以上学历;
2. 有一年销售经验,其中有金融行业、汽车行业、保险行业作经验者优先;
3. 具备优秀的沟通能力和交际技巧,亲和力佳;
4. 具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,拥有良好的客户服务意识;
5、熟悉汽车基础知识,对车辆的驾驶知识及养护知识有一定程度的了解;
6、有自信心、思维敏捷、沟通能力较强。
7、有良好的服务意识和心理素质,能吃苦耐劳,适合从事售后服务工作。
8、熟悉4S店服务接待流程。
Job description:

2. Be respoible for the compeation scope based on the extended warranty types and, quickly familiar with store peonnel, to assist the store sales coultant and service coultant extended warranty sheet, achieve sales target.
3. Respoible for the contract is signed, and service fees charged by the POS.
4. Submit daily journal, submitted to the customer information statistics.
5. Respoible for the collection of customer data, delay iurance policy certificate, review and submit operatio, respoible for the accuracy information integrity;
6. Respoible for customer invoice issued.
7. Respoible for the purchase of extended warranty tracking customer follow-up service work, to avoid complaints and help service to claim customer communication.
8. To the store pre-market after-sales peonnel training, with the store, head of communication, determine product sales plan and activities, detailed undetanding of sales practices in the market, to new stores to visit to discuss cooperation, to custome, distributo of the receivable tracking.
Job requirements:
1. High school or above;
2. One year experience in sales, one of the financial industry, automobile industry, the iurance industry experience is preferred;
3. Have good communication skills and communication skills, good affinity;
4. Have a certain market analysis and judgment ability, have good customer service cociousness;
Five basic knowledge, familiar with vehicle, the vehicle driving and maintenance knowledge of a certain degree of undetanding;
