岗位职责：

·负责在交付，范围，成本和谈判方面总体项目管理。

·确保全球贸易体系的管理暴露和风险

·石油储备和运营

·全面负责存储部门的管理，寻求潜在的投资者和潜在客户租用储罐。

·管理储油内部审批。

·管理协调工作，与各中国存储部门。

·对于光汇石油的储罐储存农产品库存报告。

·管理储油合同和储油租赁合同汇总。

任职要求：

·至少8年相关商业经验

·从石油和天然气或化学品行业

·强大的财务分析技能和提案准备

·具备较强的市场分析能力，并且必须是横向思维

Respoibilities

· Respoible for overall project management in terms of delivery, scope, cost and negotiation.

· Eure global trading system is important for BrightOil to manage exposure and risk

· Oil Storage & Operatio

· Respoible for overall storage department management, seek potential investo and potential custome to rent storage tanks.

· Manage oil storage internal approval.

· Manage coordination work with various China storage departments.

· Produce storage inventory reports for Brightoil’s storage tanks.

· Manage oil storage contracts and oil storage contract rental summary.

Requirements

· At least 8 yea commercial experience with good track record demotrated and a well-established network

· Preferably from oil and gas or chemicals industry

· Strong financial analysis skills and proposal preparation

· Possess strong market analysis skills and must be lateral thinking
