职位描述:
AREAS OF RESPOIBILITY
1 Establish sales pla, prioritize and schedule own activities so sales targets are met.
2 Identify, research and contact prospective accounts and build positive relatiohips that will generate future sales.
3 To research, analyze, and develop logistics solutio alternatives to present to accounts and other group company sales staff (oveeas) if necessary to effectively address logistics needs of potential accounts.
4 Negotiate with new accounts on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned with corporate sales policy and procedures.
5 To get as much as possible of the tender / bidding opportunity from potential accounts, and work with related supporting division including procurement, operation for that; meanwhile, need to take respoible for the pricing proposal to senior sales manager and get approved by management.
6 Conclude sales orde to enlarge not only the cargo volume, but also the gross profit.
7 Refer accounts to appropriate contacts after sales order close, and make sure accounts can be traferred smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1 Minimum 2 yea in airfreight sales related position within logistics industry.
2 Minimum Diploma holder
3 Record of successful sales activity with accounts. Good written skills in English.
4 Ability to travel within China and work with other Yusen functional groups to increase undetanding.
Special Knowledge and Skills
1 Good presentation skills
2 Good communication skills
3 Negotiation skills
4 Logistics industry knowledge, especially in airfreight.
