Position:
Business Development Manager – HTE
Reporting to:
General Manager
The Role
Introduction: The primary role of the Business Development Manager - HTE is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other mea of generating interest from potential clients, then plan peuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company..
Main Duties:
1. New Business Development
1) Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2) Identify potential clients, and the decision make within the client organization.
3) Research and build relatiohips with new clients.
4) Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concer, and objectives.
5) Participate in pricing the solutioervice.
2. Client Retention
1) Maintain good relatiohip with third party such as oil supplier, OEM, integrator and other equipment supplier.
2) Present new products and services and enhance existing relatiohips.
3) Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
3. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
4. Business Development Planning
1) Attend industry functio, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
2) Present to and coult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
3) Identify opportunities for campaig, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
4) Using knowledge of the market and competito, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositio and differentiato.
Key Performance Indicato:
1. Grow the China HTE business at least 25%
2. Add at least 5 new channel. Train and lead them well enough to sell HTE products independently.
3. Build business development plan and work with the sales and marketing team closely.
4. Build and maintain relatiohip with all key oil supplier and OEM.

Skill Requirements
5. Proven track record of sales/business development in China. Experience with foreign company is preferred
6. Prior working experience and having established contacts in tools and equipment used for oil dispee system or garage workshop system in China will be advantageous;
7. A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 yea of sales or marketing experience is required. An MBA will be an advantage.
8. Independent and able to motivate, grow as a team member in China. Results-oriented.
9. Good sales and relatiohip building skills
10. A good team player
11. Ability to travel nationally and internationally approximately 50% of the time.
12. Fluency in both English and Chinese

RMB10000-12000 per month
