该岗位将负责天津工厂项目整体施工建设工作、包括场建供应商筛选、洽谈、招投标等工作。工厂项目竣工后，将继续负责厂内日常采购工作。This position will focus on the new Tianjin plant’s cotruction, supplier bidding, negotiation, selection process and etc. After Tianjin project complete, will be in charge of TJ plant routine operation sourcing.

岗位职责

Respoibilities：

- 制定天津工厂建设项目总体采购工作计划,牵头组织项目团队对工厂筹建材料、设备供应商，施工总包、主要专业分包，各专业服务公司的选择

Leading bidding process for supplier selection of design cotruction, decoration…etc.,

- 组织招标，负责招标文件的编制，项目评标工作的实施，审核承包商各类合同的报价并参与合同谈判

Organize Bidding: follow process and complete on time, negotiation for complex contract by price and terms.

- 负责项目合同管理工作，工程及服务发包，完成合同签署，以及合同执行中出现偏差的及时纠正

Contract management to avoid risk and eure good implementation.

- 负责搜集、整理工程的费用资料，建立完善的费用明细清单，对项目成本预算进行控制并配合财务进行项目成本核算及支付管理

Handling cost change and supplier dispute during cotruction, cost control: Under budget and realize target cost saving

- 提供必要采购支持

Provide advanced sourcing support when requested

- 对服务发包商服务质量进行管控，处理工程建设中的各种问题，跟催材料和设备的及时交付

Build up benchmarking for each sourcing after project completes

- 项目变更关联的工作，如成本的核算等

Support for supplier quality control, solve dispute connected with supplier during cotruction process and make sure supplier delivery on time,

岗位要求

Requirements

- 本科以上学历，工民建、造价管理、经济类等专业优先

Bachelor's degree, not limited major. Cotruction related major is Preferred

- 至少5年间接采购工作经验，3年以上工业厂房类项目投标、工程合同管理、项目变更、供应商管理工作经验

Over 5 yea working experiences in indirect sourcing. Minimum 3 yea sourcing experience on leading bidding process to select big cotruction projects supplie, contract management, change management, supplier dispute solving etc.

- 熟悉相关建设工程政策法规条例，熟悉预算定额、工程量清单报价

Familiar with relevant State Cotruction Policies, estimate norms and supplie’ bidding price.

- 具有独立主持工程招投标的能力

Independent organizing bidding capability

- 丰富的采购、商业谈判、合同管理经验，关注工作细节，对数据敏感

Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills, contract management skills, detailed working, Seitive to figure

- 良好的商务文件撰写能力

Good written skills for commercial documents

- 正直诚实、踏实稳定、积极进取 Positive, high integrity and stability
