Main Tasks & Respoibility主要任务和职责：

■ Approve leaving application of the team membe

■ Approve hou in SAP as work package respoible

■ Provide information to the supervisor on performance of the team, Inform supervisor of attendance and behavioral problems

■ Prepare resource plan for the projects with supervisor in agreement with the Project manager / Work Package Respoible

■ Communicate assignment, milestones, deadlines and team goals to team membe in agreement with the Project manager / Work Package Respoible

■ Works together with the team in organizing and accomplishing work, based on superviso itruction

■ Perform interviews with job applicants

■ Propose Salary (change) and Bonus

■ Prepare annual review proposals of all the team mates together with supervisor

■ Perform Annual review with the team membe with assistance of the supervisor if necessary or requested by the employee

■ Support Supervisor in creation and implement work directives and guidelines

■ Support sales activities

Qualification

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

■ Good communication skills and Teamwork spirit

■ Good organization and problem solving skills

■ Technical knowledge in Product and Process Development and within the own area of respoibility

■ Fluently English and/or German and/or Chinese speaking and writing skills

■ Be able to work overtime and willing to travel

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

■ At least bachelor degree in engineering

■ At least 5 yea related working experience in related Automotive / Engineering product development
