工作职责Job Description:
1.负责管理公司销售团队,规范运作流程,确定销售策略;
Provide leadehip for the sales team; normalize the operation flow and formulate the sales strategy;
2.根据公司下达的年度经营指标,合理分解至销售团队,并实施销售团队绩效考核,以达成指标要求;
Distribute company’s annual sales target to the sales team legitimately; conduct the performance assessment for the whole team to meet the sales target;
3.负责制定和完善营销管理制度,并逐步建立健全适应市场发展的完整的营销体系;
Respoible for the planning and improvement of the sales management system; build and perfect an integrated sales system which adapting to the market development step by step;
4.负责销售团队的能力培养,对其业绩进行定期评估,并制定和实施晋升及淘汰机制;
Respoible for the ability training of the sales team; make regular assessments of its performance and set the corresponding promotioelimination mechanism;
5.负责公司大客户的开发和维护;
Develop and maintain key accounts;
6.对公司整体经营指标的达成负责。
Respoible for the fulfillment of overall business objective.
岗位要求:
Job Requirement and Qualification
1.大学本科及以上学历,经济管理或市场营销相关专业,了解制造业并有培训/管理咨询工作经历者优先;
With a bachelor degree or above in business management, marketing or relevant majo, the knowledge of manufacturing industry and the work experience in training/ management coulting is a plus;
2.5年以上销售管理工作经验,2年以上销售经理或同级职位行业任职经验;
5+ yea of sales management work experience, 2+ yea of sales manager or equivalent position professional work experience;
3.有较强的销售管理经验,及团队管理经验;
Strong ability in sales management and team management;
4.良好的团队领导能力和协作能力、人际沟通能力、谈判能力和解决问题的能力;
Good ability in team leadehip, collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving;
5.工作严谨,坦诚正直,工作计划性强,并具有战略前瞻性思维能力。

6.负责与分公司销售部门的沟通,分享成功销售经验
Respoible for the communication with sales department of other branches and share the successful marketing strategy.
