工作职责Job Description:
1. Introduce Omnex coues to potential custome through telephone channels and establish contact with custome. Promote Omnex’s training coues to custome according to the different demands;
通过电话渠道向顾客介绍奥曼克的课程,与客户建立联系。根据不同需求,推广公司相应的培训课程
2.Further undetanding customer’s tendency and doubts, and dig it’s potential demands.
进一步了解客户的倾向和疑虑,挖掘其潜在需求
3.Maintain the old&new custome timely, keep good communication, win the customer’s trust to promote repeat signing
适时维系新老客户,保持良性沟通,赢得客户信赖,促进重复签单;
4. Complete Coultant's diary and working agenda on time and build up prospect, corporate and student database
按时完成顾问日记和工作计划,建立潜在顾客,公司和学员的数据库
5. Attend regular meetings and training sessio and complete Daily Sales Report and so on.
定期参加会议和培训,完成销售日报,等其他工作。

1. Quality management and technical background is preferred
具备质量管理和技术背景优先考虑
2. Good communicatio abilities, asking questio, expressing ideas, mirroring and so on.
具备良好的沟通能力和技巧,在交谈中善于观察,提出问题,表达观点
3. High level problem solving skills
良好的应对解决问题的能力
4. Be a team player with optimistic attitude, service-orientation, high respoibility, trustworthy and ability to work under pressure.

5. Have professional, neat, tidy, moderurban appearance, a see of own style and conduct with absolute integrity and honesty.

6. Be able to demotrate 2-3 yea same job or at least a trend of stability.

7. College diploma or above
大专及以上学历
8. Good at using Windows Office Software, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Excel and etc.
熟练操作Windows 办公软件,例如:Windows XP, PPT, Excel 等等
