PPRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Help HQ hit the monthly, yearly target 帮助团队达到季度/年度销售目标
Systemize the sales channel 销售渠道系统化
Help sales team grow 帮厨销售团队成长
Expose brand, etc. 打开品牌知名度
MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES:
Manage the sales team to work under company’s guideline 帮助销售团队按照公司政策规定施行正常销售工作
Lead the sales team to achieve the fixed monthly and yearly target 帮助销售团队达到既定销售目标
Have manpower management 注重销售人力管理
Make the sales channel reasonable for target achieving 合理分配销售渠道以达到销售目标
Measure subordinates about their performance 考核销售员工的工作表现
Support national sales manager to have cost control and work effectiveness improvement 支持全国销售经理进行成本控制和工作有效性的改进
QUALIFICATIO:
Have at least 5 yea working experience, at least 3 yea of management 至少5年销售经验, 3年销售管理经验
Have college certificate at least 大专及以上
Have hardware background is of priority 有工具行业经验者优先
