Major Respoibilities:

1. Supplier management, project management, product improvement, negotiate cost down initiatives, working capital improvement, payment term improvement & lead time reduction

2. Negotiate & implement supplier qualification: Supplier Identification, Profile, Social accountability, Supplier Quality & Contract Manufacturing Agreement (CMA), Tooling management, Product Development as well as supplier relatiohips

3. Source potential supplies & vendo, and prepare FRI, RFP, RFQ and evaluate supplier proposals, follow the standard global sourcing process

4. Work with supplie in developing cost BOM & Cost structure, quote & negotiate tooling & component pricing

5. Develop, execute and support strategic sourcing plan to improve service, quality, and total cost of ownehip

6. Work with Supplie and Quality Enginee in developing Product Quality Plan, In-process control plan Capacity/Lead Time Plan & Ramp-up plan to eure smooth bulk production and continuous Quality DPMO reduction

7. Drive annual productivity through value improvement, process improvement & negotiatio

8. Work closely with all functio (Engineering, marketing, operatio, finance, legal logistics, IT, etc) to formulate, implement and execute sourcing and continuous improvement strategies

9. Continuously look for opportunities to improve the quality of our products, to avoid warranty claims, customer dissatisfactio

10. Forecast & solve all the difficulties & critical issues in the process and proactively coordinate with custome and vendo including packaging, quality, engineering changes etc.

11. Regularly collect related products, pricing & supplier information , explode business opportunities and to generate new ideas in the Asian market, and also effectively manage and maintain good relatiohip with supplie & custome to establish and maintain the supplier and product database

12. Maintain broad knowledge of worldwide market trends for assigned product groups

Requirements:

1.Holder of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

2.5 Yea or above working experience in Sourcing, Project management

3.Knowledge in metal, non-metal market, casting/machining manufacturing process & quality is preferable

4.Proven track record of developing & executing successful YOY productivity projects & supplier development is preferable

5.Good knowledge & skills of sourcing techniques & strategies, negotiating with vendo

6.Good English communication, project management & problem solving skills

7.Willing to travel frequently visiting supplie and support custome visits

8.Willing to attend communicatio with customer including but no limited to conference calls, which may happen in the evening and after office hou

9.Able to work independently and under pressure
