Job Respoibilities

1. Visit existing distributo and custome within assigned area and maintain strong relatiohip to seize the sales opportunity and accomplish sales target & market share target;

2. Develop new distributo and new custome to promote new sales opportunities;

3. Notify the distributo and custome about new products, prices and other changes information in a timely manner;

4. Negotiate on prices and delivery times within the delegation to reach a sales agreement;

5. Deeply undetand competito’ info in regional basis, record sales activities, collect valuable market info and make reports to support.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree with 3+ yea working experience, or College degree with 5+ yea working experience, Major in automation, mechanical, industrial control or electric engineering.

2. At least 3 yea sales experience in automation industry in Shangdong province;

3. Good marketing and sales knowledge

4. Undetand working principles of moto and drives;

5. Undetand the distributio of the major industries and custome in the region;

6. Basic English reading and writing skills, able to communicate in English.

7. Experience in developing independently new OEM customer should be plus

8. Working experience in foreign company should be plus.

9. Key account management experience should be plus.
