职位描述:

主要职责:

? 寻找、甄别并开发目标客户,制定有针对性的方案以确保在发展既有业务的同时,完成新业务的开拓和发展。完成包括销售量和盈利在内的各项任务指标。

? 收集并分析市场信息、业务发展趋势,以及目标客户群,制定策略性的业务发展计划。

? 通过日常的客户管理、工作计划、销售预测和拜访报告等实现销售任务。

? 通过准确的市场分析,向目标客户群推荐合适的产品以满足客户需求。

? 对各项销售业务进行投资回报分析,并给出意见和建议。

? 开发经销商网络,为经销商开发终端用户和分销网络提供顾问支持,并指导经销商着眼于潜在商机。

? 向上级经理汇报业务进展情况。

? 维护销售机会管道管理网站。

? 及时销售回款,以确保将信用风险降到最低。

? 对经销商进行培训。

? 处理其他突发事件等等。

? Look for, identify and develop target custome, work out solution to target custome to secure new and/or retain existing business, and achieve various targets including volume and NOI assigned by supervisor.

? Collect and analyze market information and business trends, as well as target custome, develop strategic business plan. Implementation of program to achieve targets by providing sales forecast, work plan, visit reports, etc on a regular basis. Initiatives to introduce right products to meet demands of target custome upon iight investigation. Analyze financial retur of investment in all sales cases and provide recommendatio

? Develop sales channel network. Guide, coult and drive network distributo to focus on potential opportunities.

? Report to supervisor on regular basis to implement sales planning and review according to business plan

? Update sales force.com website for all new opportunities identified. Collection of payment to eure credit risk fully controlled. Make sure custome are satisfied with service before and after sales. Cooperating with internal colleagues in customer training. Handle of ad hoc opportunities.

? Eure compliance with Chevron LPS, Ethics policies and guidelines

? Fulfill other tasks related to sales or company policies.

任职要求:

? 大学本科及以上学历,机械工程专业优先。

? 具备积极向上、自我激励的性格;能面对挑战和压力,追求成功。

? 熟悉工业/OEM B2B润滑油市场,并至少具备4年以上销售管理经验,润滑油销售经验优先。

? 深入理解工业润滑油市场的发展和产品细分。

? 在激烈竞争的市场环境中,曾经展现出良好的业务发展业绩。

? 优秀的销售技巧,在工业润滑油技术附加值和大型展会销售方面具备丰富经验。

? 良好的中英文书面和口语表达能力。

? 优秀的演讲呈现技巧和能力。

? 能够适应经常出差。

? Univeity graduate major in mechanical engineering preferred.

? Result oriented with "Can Do" attitude to implement all goals assigned by supervisor.

? Minimum 4 yea Industrial/OEM B2B business management experience. Experience in the lubricant business is a plus.

? In depth undetanding of the trend of industrial segments including one or several of the following: Mining, OEM, Paper, Power Generation, General Manufacture, Cement, Oil&Gas, etc.

? Demotrated track record of driving growth in a very competitive market environment

? Excellent Selling skills especially the value added selling skills, fair knowledge on industrial technology and lubricants preferred.

? Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

? Good presentation skills

? Be comfortable for frequent business trip
