- 收集调研市场信息、分析并制订工业润滑油重点行业和重点客户的营销计划。

- 发展工业润滑油经销商网络，建立与维护终端客户的关系，通过经销商和直销，完成公司要求的销售及市场计划。

- 开发所在区域OEM客户润滑油业务

- 制定重点工业润滑油及OEM客户发展和实施计划，并对区域内所有客户提供日常业务支持及相关服务。

- 协助公司完成所属市场的相关战略规划。

Job Requirement:

? Maturity with significant business and social iight – In depth undetanding of the trend of assigned OEM and industrial segments including one or several of the following: mining, Industrial OEM , paper, power, manufacture, cement, oil & gas

? Demotrated track record of driving growth in a very competitive market environment

? Excellent Selling skills especially the value added selling skills, fair knowledge on industrial technology and lubricants preferred

? More than 5 yea OEM/Industrial B2B business management experience

? Excellent influencing and communication skills

? Minimum Bachelor Degree from univeity and meichanical engineering education preferred

? Proficiency in working level English and Chinese languages
