职位描述:
Job Description:
1.Develop New FH Custome: Develop a sales strategy to the sales team, set up the sales goals of KPI and devises individual sales targets with sales team;
2.Business Function Cooperation: Liaise with other business functio. Provide feedback, conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis to the other business functio;
3.Develop Sales Strategy: Timely analyze data by comparing forecast and sales result report (annual, quarterly, monthly weekly), follow up HQ new sales policies and procedures, adjust pricing strategy, map potential custome and take quick actio;
4.Manage and Lead the Sales Division: Oveee the activities and performance of the sales division, eure sales division to have the necessary resources to perform properly, and motivate the achievement of sales objectives by the company’s incentive schemes within the sales team;
5.Problem analysis and Problem-Solving: Act as a pillar of support for his/her team membe and stand by their side at the hou of crisis. Set heelf/himself as an example for hehis team membe. Be respoible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relatiohips with the client.
Job Requirement:
1.College degree and above;
2.Above 8 yea shipping industry experience (in sales position is preferred); and at least 3-year working experience in managing and directing a sales team (planning and implementing sales strategy);
3.Proven experience in new customer development, client relatiohip management and knowledge of market tendency;
4.CET-6 &above, Good writteoral English skills;
5.High leadehip and management skills;
6.Stress tolerance.
