职位描述:
I. job summary:
Primary respoibility to reach sales target and win market shares through selling products or solutio by maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts while expanding new accounts in the assigned territory / industries. Support manager to manage and supervise sales enginee.
II. duties and respoibilities:
1.Achieve and exceed an annual sales objectives cotantly representing sales turnover, product quantity and account receivable from assigned area
2.ndividual sales plan preparation per quota and implementation strictly
3.Conducts sales calls on the existing and potential custome efficiently and effectively, to reach and exceed company requirement of weekly visit numbe on top of quality
4.Undetand customer needs, tralate product advantages into the customer value during selling process
5.Develops the new customer and sales network within assigned territory, cooperate with company channel partne whenever it is necessary
6.Key account management and daily support with support from iKA team
7.Big project follow up, cooperate and collaborate cross areas / regio, with support from related industry management team
8.Promotes the new products / services and explores new market as per plan, push standard product sales ratio up
9.Customer / industry / market needs analysis, reports to supervisor, as well as competitor status
10.Establishing / maintaining of good and professional customer relatiohips, especially to build relatiohips with senior management level and decision make at customer side
11.Collects AR, monito the customer’s credit condition and to avoid / minimize overdue and bad debts
12.Submits records and reports on all sales activities per company policy, use CRM and project funnel proactively with high quality
13.Provides input for the development of annual budget and sales forecast regularly
14.As interface between the customer and the company, maintain the customer satisfaction in a high level
15.Backup and assistance to sales manager, supervise sales enginee on their daily sales activities
16.Participate training organized by company, while learn aggressively from work by self, being a sales coultant towards to customer
17.Other tasks may be assigned
III. qualificatio:
1.education background:
bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical design, mechanical / electrical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, architectural environment & equipment engineering
2.working experience:
a)3 yea technical sales working experience
b)worked for multinational company is preferred
3.language and computer skills:
a)native Chinese mandarin, fluent in English both oral & written is desired
b)familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, e.g. word, excel, power point and Lotus Notes
4.other requirements:
a)integrity, mature, team working, good interpeonal communication and presenting skill
b)customer orientated, result driven, self-motivated and high see of respoibility
c)able to work under pressure
d)potential on leadehip and people management is preferred
e)frequent business trips in respoible area is required, (in case of big geographical area)
