Respoibilities:

1.Be respoible for global landscape implementation in local projects

2.Achieve projects targets (timing, profitability and deliveries) on each project phase in China region

3.Coach program management team under global process, apply our methodology and enforces project standard, to make sure team membe possess correct undetanding of global process standard and practice effectively in daily work

4.Possess a thorough undetanding of project team capabilities, identify resources needed and assign individual respoibilities to eure project plan can be carried out practically and the output can meet customer requirements on timeline, cost and quality

5.Monitor team membe to delivery internal/ external project reporting on time

6.Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to custome to eure customer satisfaction

7.Supervise and support team membe in cross functio department communication. Be deeply involved in difficulties and bottlenecks team membe cannot handle, to make sure internal cooperation is effective and projects can be proceed smoothly

8.In charge of team recruitment to meet peonnel capacity needs

9.Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation
