Key Respoibilities:

- In charge of the whole P&L of the company;

- Build and cultivate long-term partnehip relatiohips with existing and new custome;

- Lead the management team in execution of company’s Vision & Strategy in the Business Unit/region;

- Provide strategic direction and influence on growing the revenue and profitability of the company

- Create and implement an Annual Budget and set corresponding targets;

- Build and strengthen relatiohips with local government and community.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 yea of General Management experience in the electronics industry, or equivalent;

- Lean Manufacturing Experience;

- Strong Business Development Skills;

- Excellent Customer Management Skill.
