Requirements,

　　 1.Bachelor degree,

　　 2.Accounting/Finance/Economics background,

　　 3.CET4 or above,

　　 4.Willing to learn and take challenge.

　　 Main duties,

　　 1）Involve in asset valuation project for Company. Assist to be coordinator and communication channel between individual department, management and asset valuation firm.

　　 a）Information preparation before asset valuation starting:

　　 i.information preparation, and follow up with respective department for the progress；

　　 ii.information coolidation and summary；

　　 iii.regular progress update to management；

　　 b）Coordinator and communication channel between individual department, management and asset valuation firm during the practice.

　　 c）Coordinator for follow up of backlog information clearance for asset valuation report.

　　 2）Assist to financial business model and analysis.

　　 a）Liaise with respective department for information collection；

　　 b）Undetand the business model；

　　 c）Preparation of PowerPoint presentation.

　　 3）Project Accounting and budgeting, tendering and administration related matte.

　　 4）Other matte as directed by management.
