职位描述:
Requirements,
1.Have at least 4 yea experience in a Clerical field,
2.Good command with Excel, Powerpoint and analytical skills,
3.Ability to build reports and presentatio to communicate business outcomes,
4.Undetand the seitivity of certain functio and able to maintain discretion with management of data,
5.Diligent with meeting timeframes and time seitive tasks.
6.Have at least bachelor degree with CET 4
7.Undetanding of KPI reporting metrics and have experience with reporting such data
8.Good grasp of English as well as Chinese communicatio both oral and written
Main Duties,
1.Initiation of internal PRF's,
2.Review and maintain currency of Vendor Registration documents,
3.Together with other departments, be respoible for the opening and distribution of tende,
4.Create various reports under the department reporting framework across various aspects of 5.performance reporting,
6.Manintain the currency of approved vendo,
7.maintain departmental training records,
8.Update expiring of changed Vendor Quality accreditatio,
9.Management of all traactional records within the department.
