Position Title: 业务推动经理

Position Summary: 支持顾问行销业务推动及招募中心行政。Support Agency promotion and recruiting

Principal Accountabilities

业务推动方面 Business promotion

1. 协助制订分公司年度业务推动计划及费用预算；Support to make branch annual business promotion and expee budget

2. 负责分公司业务数据报表的建立、管理和分析；（受理业绩）Respoible for establishing branch business report, management and analysis

3. 参与策划、并组织与实施渠道年度相应业务表彰会；Take part in planning, organizing and implementation of agency channel annual business commendation.

4. 协助策划、组织、追踪短期业务竞赛，推动竞赛目标的达成；Support planning, organizing and tracking short-term business competition, to promote to achieve the competition goal

5. 协助业务体系制式化会议的组织、召开及相关工作的落实；Support organizing and convening channel regular meeting and related work

6. 策划并组织客户活动项目；Plan and organize customer activities

7. 负责分公司前线伙伴竞赛活动出行的策划和安排。Respoible for planning and organizing branch front-line sales promotion outing.

招募支持方面 Recruiting support

1. 协助招募中心主管引领新入司人员办理报聘手续 Support recruit supervisor to do new hire onboard process

2. 协助招募中心主管督导招募专员活动量 Support recruit supervisor to monitor recruiter of their working load

Typical Minimum Education - 本科以上学历。Bachelor degree and above。

Typical Minimum Experience - 五年以上工作经验,其中三年以上寿险工作领域企划管理经验。More than 5-yea working experiences. (More than 3 yea life iurance corporate planning management experiences.)

Professional / Technical Competencies Abilities

- 善于组织、策划各种活动（有大型活动策划经历者优先）、具备较强的文字写作能力。 Good at organizing and planning activities ( big event planning experience is preferred). Strong writing ability.

- 良好的沟通、协调能力。Good communication and coordination skill.

- 性格开朗、热情。Cheerful and enthusiasm Knowledge

- 熟练使用各种常用电脑办公软件。Proficient in Microsoft Office
