岗位职责：

1、负责核保结论解释、高额保件初审、体检件核保处理及业务渠道核保咨询

in charge of the explanation of the iurance checking conclusion; preliminary examination of the high-sum policies; deal with the iurance checking cases with physical examination; in charge of the coultation of iurance check of business channels

2、负责外勤的核保培训讲义撰写、授课（每周固定2次）

in charge of draft the training material and lecture of iurance check of stuff work outside the office

3、负责契约调查并撰写调查报告（全年5、6起）

in charge of the contract research and draft of research reports(5 or 6 per year)

4、体检中心的沟通与维护，体检费用的结算

in charge of the communication and maintenance of physical examination center; settlement of physical examination fees

5、负责回访管理中特殊事件的处理和协调

in charge of the procession and coordination of special cases o calling-back management

6、负责电销后台的流程。

in charge of the backstage procedure

7、部门长交办的其他工作.

任职要求：

1、医学专业毕业，

Major in medicine/

2、两年以上寿险公司核保或契调工作经验

2+ yea' experience in iurance underwriting and contract investigation.

3、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件

be familiar with office software such asd word and excel/

4、较强的语言表达能力

Good expression

5、较强的沟通与协调能力

Good communication and coordination

6、特殊问题的快速反应能力

Quick reaction when dealing with special problems
