职位描述:
职责范围
1、根据国内外区域市场发展和公司的战略规划,协助销售总经理制定总体销售战略、销售计划及量化销售目标 。
2、制定全年销售费用预算,完成公司下达的销售任务 。
3、制定销售额、市场覆盖率、市场占有率等各项评价指标 。
4、分解销售任务指标,制定责任、费用评价办法 。
5、对重点客户的维护和拓展。
6、组织下属人员做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理工作,监督销售人员做好应收账款的催收工作 。
7、进行新客户/新项目的开发( 包括:报价,商务谈判,项目跟踪等)。
8、组织、领导销售队伍完成销售目标,协调处理各类市场问题 。
9、汇总、协调货源需求计划以及制定货源调配计划 。
10、负责团队日常管理、下属人员培养与培训。
11、完成上级领导安排的临时性任务。
岗位要求
1、教育:具有市场营销、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历
2、经验:
具有五年以上市场营销、市场销售、项目管理的工作经历;
具有五年以上在外贸销售部门经理/主管的任职经历;
具有五年以上在机械制造、机械加工行业的工作经历;
3、知识/培训/能力:
熟悉轴承生产过程、工艺以及轴承性能,用户产品的相关知识。
熟悉市场调研方法,不断提高公司产品的市场占有率和覆盖率。
了解TS16949体系流程和要求 ( 尤其是APQP,PPAP等)。
熟悉生产过程、加工、装配工艺的简单过程;
具有英语CET-6及以上证书,能熟练运用英语进行阅读和口语交流;
具有较强的沟通能力、说服力、领导能力和市场洞察力;
具有较强的社交能力和团队合作精神。
Job description:
1.According to the regional market development and strategic planning of domestic and oveeas ,assist general manager of sales to make the total sales strategy 、plan and quantification sales goal .
2.Formulate the whole year’s sales expees budget, complete the sales task.
3.To set up the sale 、market coverage、market share ,etc .
4.To decomposition the sales target, formulate the evaluation methodology of respoibility and expee.
5.To maintain and development the key customer.
6.Organize the subordinate staff to do the sales contract’s sign 、carry out and management ,supervise the salespeon to do the overdue receivables.
7.To development the new customer and project (including: make offe, business negotiation, project tracking, etc.)
8.Organize and lead the sales team to complete the sales target, deal with all the sort of the marketing problems.
9.Collect and coordinate the supply of goods requirement and formulate the mahalling plan.
10. In charge of the team daily management 、subordinate staff’s training .
11. Complete the temporarily task arranged by the superior.
Post Requirements
1. Education : With the marketing 、business administration ,etc .Related professional bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Experience :With more than 5 yea work experiences of marketing 、selling and project management .
With more than 5 yea work experiences in export sales as a manager /executive.
With more than 5 yea work experiences in machine manufacturing and machining.
3. Knowledge /training kills
Be familiar with bearing production process, craft and bearing performance, the knowledge of the products.
Be familiar with the market research methods; increase the products’ market share and fraction of coverage.
Know more about the TS16949 system process and requirements (especially the APQP, PPAP, etc.) Be familiar with the productive process 、process 、assembly technology .
CET6 and and above that, able to use English to read and oral communication skillfully.
Have the extremely communication capacity, peuasion, leadehip and seitive market iight.
Has extremely social ability and team work spirit.
