职位描述:
1. Lead and coordinate the operatio team and manage to meet delivery performance, quality product, best cost according customer requirements
2. Leader in deployment of Certus operation system, Certus quality system, Certus policies, etc.
3. Supporting management in plants to establish the targets and pla of each manufacturing dept. - tooling/molding/plating/painting, offering new ideas and suggestio
4. Monitoring and following the execution of the above targets, provide weekly/monthly report per reporting guidelines advised by the director of manufacturing
5. Assure that the procedures and work itructio are efficient, manage and drive continuous improvement pla and actio for all areas of operation to obtain efficiency, implement 5S activities
6. Coordinating and monitoring the production to eure on time delivery
7. Participate in quality system improvements, monitoring the quality system execution, leading the scrap reduction and continuous improvement activities to eure Quality Product all time
8. Analyzing and evaluating production capacity, assisting with the production layout & configuration to minimize the material flow and WIP storage
9. Participate in new programs DFMEA’s when applicable, PPAP & launches when applicable
10. Assist in establishing the equipment maintenance pla and monitor the execution
11. Coordinate proactively with different departments to handleolve urgent issues during program development process and production to eure APQP/PPAP Activities on time
12. Meet production schedule according plan
13. Operatio manager is respoible to managing daily company operatio to eure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
Required:
1. Minimum 5 yea automotive experience in part manufacturing processes
2. Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing strategies/plastic injection molding process
3. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes/machines and ancillary equipment
4. Strong communication skills and problem solving skills, 8D’s, 5 why’s, Ishikawa, good computer skills, preference in: project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CAD software environments
5. Ability to direct and manage DOE
