职位描述:
RESPOIBILITIES
1. Utilize existing networking skills and contacts.
2. Build long-term customer relatio.
3. Gather and communicate information on custome, market, products and competitor activity.
4. Have full respoibility for the complete sales process (e.g. Negotiate pricing, T’s & C’s, etc.)
5. Interact effectively within the Certus Automotive Inc. organization.
6. Participate in social networking with the custome, including lunches, dinne, sporting events, etc.
7. Travel is required mainly iide of China.
8. Champioupport customer visits, audits, etc. at our manufacturing/tooling locatio in China.
9. Tackle miscellaneous assignments, as required.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (Must have)
1. Five to 10 yea progressive automotive experience.
2. Background in: sales, engineering, program management and manufacturing.
3. Plastics knowledge/experience.
4. Ability to interact effectively with the customer.
5. Strong organization and communication skills, good follow-through and attention to detail.
6. Advanced interpeonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and manager numerous activities.
8. Highly results-oriented; self-starter that is self-managed and self-motivated.
9. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
10. Fluent in English
COMPETENCIES DESIRED (Nice to have)
1. Sales experience not necessarily required; however, sales experience in successfully developing accounts would be beneficial.
2. Established contacts at Tier I supplie and OEM’s would be a plus.
3. Chrome plating knowledge/experience is a plus.
4. An undetanding of the business challenges associated with the automotive market.
