GENERAL FUNCTION ：

Supplier Quality Engineer work with buyeproduct engineer as a team, respoible evaluates supplie‘ capability of providing materials to MXM and measure/improve supplier‘s product quality/quality assurance ability. Handle material defects disposition and quality communication with supplie.

MAIN RESPOIBILITY:

1. To evaluate supplier supplie’ quality assurance system.

2. Setup and implement relevant procedures to control material quality and supplier quality system.

3. To communicate with supplier on quality issues.

4. Evaluate supplier quality performance.

5. Reduce quality cost through reduce non-conformance of quality.

6. Coordinate supplier FAI qualification process and track the final result.

7. Support sourcing change qualification of materials and supplie.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above； above 5 year relevant working experience, machinery technical background preferred, good knowledge and experience in ISO 9000 or related area, can lead supplier audit, good negotiation skill, analytical skill, supply chain management related knowledge.

2. Communication skill, good English both in written and spoken.
