Respoibilities include:
?To lead the Meggitt SA Energy business and team in China, including customer sales and support.
?Recruitment and management of third party business partne this includes assessing potential sales channel candidates throughout the assigned region, selects and sig most adequate channel partne in compliance with Meggitt guidelines and authority matrix.
?Assessment of OEM and End User needs and eure their needs are met through the third party business partne.
?To manage sales channels and direct custome in the assigned region and represent Meggitt SA Energy;
?To develop and update sales strategies to maximize sales growth and to acquire new custome as well as build strong business relatiohips;
?To promote and sell MSA Energy products as well as co-ordinate training and marketing activities in the allocated region;
?To negotiate contracts with custome;
?To eure technical and commercial support and training to custome, sales offices and/or end-use;
?To eure the handling of requests, the issue of quotatio, and contract reviews according to the defined and applicable ISO standards, internal Quality procedure and Meggitt's Export Control rules;
? ?To liaise with Order Processing and Production to eure that deliveries are processed in the best time and quality conditio;
? ?To provide regular and accurate sales forecasts;
? ?To participate in business process improvements and tools implementation;
The Successful Applicant
? ?Min 10 yea of professional experience in sales to the China Power Generation and Energy industry and/or products otherwise relevant to the Industry.
? ?Univeity degree in Engineering (preferred) marketing, business administration or equivalent, PhD or MBA an asset.
? ?Familiar with Energy markets and/or industrial rotating machinery itrumentation and monitoring systems is a very strong asset
? ?Demotrated ability of building/developing an effective sales network based on local third party sales channels to capture business opportunities in China
? ?Capacity to successfully develop new markets and clients
? ?Excellent interpeonal and communication skills
? ?MS-Office tools and ERP databases
? ?Excellent oral and written communication in Chinese as mother tongue. Strong English communication in oral and written.
? ?Willing to travel exteively throughout China to meet business goals
? ?Recognize and set priorities, on the one hand in relation meeting market and custome' immediate needs and the other, to strategic, sales and development objectives.
? ?Ability to develop, justify and present ideas and initiatives.
? ?Maintai the necessary work permits / authorizatio and visas to work in China
