Respoibilities:
Internal relatiohip in Ningbo: All departments
External: Relatiohip Custome, and supplie
1.Accountable for overall quality management for Mita-Teknik CN.
2.Support to Quality Manager on all related Quality issues.
3.Accountable for the setting and execution supervision of company’s mission and target on quality, by effectively organize, plan, coordinate and control all quality activities to eure the achievement quality target.
4.Guide for the setting up of internal quality system, and also the internal audit.
5.Promotion of quality manual and other quality management documentation.
6.Organize and execute internal audit of quality system.
7.Organize and execute internal process audit
8.Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to help introduce new projects, working itruction, quality alert and processes.
9.Training the staff in updated work itructio and new problem-solving techniques;
10.Euring compliance with national and international standards.
11.Organize and execute supplie quality system audit on demand.
12.Assessing the product specificatio of the company and its supplie, and comparing with customer requirements.
13.Accountable for all quality data and information review, and give improvement action proposals;
14.The quality engineer is respoible for the projects will be working on continuous improvement.
15.In the event of NCR. The quality engineer carries out 8D report. Initiate problem solving in corporation with allocated resources, and documents the actio made in the 8D report.
16.Liaising with custome’ audito and euring the execution of corrective action and compliance with custome’ specificatio.
17.Respoible for a monthly Quality reporting, presenting status of NCR,
18.Make safety evaluation.
19.Undertake other assignment nominated by the quality manager.
Mandate:
?Make performance evaluation and action proposal;
?Authorized to stop production in case of any quality problems;
Competences:
Familiar with ISO 9001 OHSAS18000 ISO14001
Basic knowledge TS16949 quality management is a plus
Solid management capabilities on planning, organizing, and carry out action ;
Effective communication and report writing skills;
Good customer-oriented attitude communicating and handling customer quality issues.
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details;
Take the leadehip and have the capabilities to lead projects to successful completion;
Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer and use statistical process control data;
Strong English and Chinese communication skill;
