Role:职位描述：

■ Build panels建立面板

■ End test and quality ipection of panels 终结面板的质量检验和测试

■ Itall customer programs in the modules安装客户模块程序

■ Develop & build prototype panels 提升&建立原型面板

■ Realize production according to the agreed production plan根据生产计划实现生产

■ Register, start and complete tasks in relevant systems 在相关系统中登记，执行并完成任务

■ Participate in job rotation within tasks in production and warehouse 能接受车间仓库的岗位调换，如果需要的话

Respoibilities:职责：

■ Updating, maintaining and communicating relevant processes and itructio in the quality management handbook (Q-net)

更新，维护并沟通交流质量管理手册中有关的流程和指导说明

■ Error registration in the quality management system (Q-data) 在质量管理体系中进行错误数据的登记

■ Keep agreed prioritization of the production plan 生产计划优先原则

Mandate:要求

■ Stop production if major / repeating erro occur in cooperation with team leader and/or manager

在与团队领导或是经理的合作中出现严重的错误或重复出现错误， 应当停止生产

■ Observe, register and inform about erro on products/components from supplie

对于供应商提供的产品或部件，应当注意观察，做好登记并指出有关的问题

■ Observe, register and inform about activities / resource utilization which has not been agreed by the manager

未经经理允许审批的资源利用，应做好观察，登记，并告知公司

■ Inform about resource deviatio to manager

向经理指出原材料的差异性

Competences:能力要求

■ Vocational trained and educational background in electric technology, electirc automatization, electronics as technician or engineer

有电气自动化，电子技术，电气工程师等方便的教育背景或工作经验

■ Experience from panel assembly and testing

有面板安装和测试的经验

■ Knowledge of hardware design and cotruction

有设计或建筑方面的知识

■ Thorough undetanding of electric components, PLC and their functionalities

深刻了解电气部件，及相应的功能

■ Reading and undetanding of electrical diagrams

能理解读懂电气图纸

■ Solid experience with IT tools

熟练运用计算机上各种办公工具
