职责Respoibilities:

? Provide technical advices and solution according to the requirements of custome

? Take care of the request, make quotatio and draft contracts

? 负责收集客户需求／报价／草拟合同等

? Identify technical problems at custome’ site and provide solution and advices, find out customer needs and analyse them in details

? 发现和分析客户需求，并能够在现场解决客户的技术问题

? Develop new custome and new market opportunities

? 开发新的客户和市场

? Permanent maintenance and expanding the customer and distribution network, keep good relatiohip with them

? 维护客户关系和网络

? Systematic research and analysis of market trend and develop the sales strategy accordingly

? 根据公司的销售业绩目标明确个人的销售目标，并系统的搜索和分析潜在的客户市场，

? Develop and optimize the working process

? 发展和优化销售工作流程，

? Inteive communication with HQ in Germany regarding products requirements

根据客户的要求与德国总部进行相关的沟通

要求Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in engineering, preferred in Chemical engineering, materials chemistry, corrosion and protection, materials engineering or Corrosion engineering

? 工科相关专业，最好是化学，材料化学等专业

? At least 5 yea hands-on sales experience with paint sales, or familiar with chemical treatment

? 最少5年的涂料相关行业销售经验，熟悉金属表面处理

? Excellent communication and interpeonal skills

? 良好的沟通和销售技巧

? Capability to identify and handle technical problems, practical orientation and hands-on in solution of technical problems

? 具有在现场处理技术问题的能力

? Working experience for international companies, preferably for European companies

? 具有外资公司的工作经验，最好有欧洲公司相关工作经验

? Self motivated, highly customer and result orientated, systematic work, solution oriented, team player

? Fluent in English spoken and written, Chinese in native speaker level

? 具有一定的英语听说读写能力，
