RESPOIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIO职位描述

· Be aware of the product spec and requirement, planning the product quality control requirement and eure to implement;

· Be aware of the TS16949&ISO14001, and to iure to implement;

· 熟悉TS16949以及ISO14001环境体系的要求并能够保持运行

· Be aware of the MSA&LPA Audit, and to iure to implement;

· 熟悉福特MSA审核及LPA过程审核并能够保持运行

· Eure critical and significant characteristics are properly maintained and controlled;

· 确保关键和重要的产品特性得到有效的控制

· Eure all company procedures and policies are communicated and followed,

· 确保所有公司所有程序文件得到有效沟通及执行

· Participate in training of production worke when necessary,

· 有必要是参加生产线工人的培训

Defective Parts:

缺陷部分

· Using 8D or the other quality tools to prevent the quality issues;

· 熟练运用8D或其他相关质量工具有效防止质量问题的发生

· Participate in establishing short and long-term corrective actio,

· 参与建立所有长期和短期的纠正措施

· Establish rework standards,

· 建立返工的标准

· Initiate all ipectio as required, define the ipection items and frequency or the othe;

· 启动所有要求的检验，确定检验项目、检验频次等相关内容；

Engineering changes:

工程的变化：

· Update control pla, visual aids, master samples and any other Quality itructio.

· 负责更新控制计划、外观、标准样品和其他质量

· documentation that may be affected by the change,

· 负责可能因改变而受影响的文档

· Coordinate with internal and external peonnel to eure that all testing, ipectio and documentation thereof is completed correctly,

· 协助公司的内部和外部的工作人员， 确保所有的测试、检查和文档是正确完成的

· Monitor all activities relating to the engineering change to eure all of the elements relating to the engineering change are meeting the time line.

· 监督所有工程变化的相关活动， 以确保所有在工程变化的因素都是在时间线上遇到的

QUALIFICATIO职位要求

· Post Secondary education or Engineering designation,

· 大专以上学历，工程学及相关专业

· Minimum of 5 yea experience as a Quality Engineer in automobile industry;

· 至少5年以上汽车行业质量工程师工作经验

· GD&T knowledge and capability

· GD&T知识及解读能力

· Must have excellent communication skills.

· 必须具有很好的沟通能力
