1.Works under the general supervision of China IT Infrastructure supervisor, but must utilize the resources of multiple IT peonnel throughout the organization and local non-IT peonnel to accomplish objectives.

2.Italls and maintai PC, mobile phone, desk phone, printer, and other hardware and software.

3.Perform new PC setups per established guidelines and company standards, as well as troubleshoot and fix PC hardwareoftware problems.

4.Respoible for sending IT equipment to the proper service center for repair. Follows up the repair and return of equipment from the service center.

5.Effectively works with employees at all organization levels and computer literacy for IT technical support requirements.

6.Support local use working with external customeupplie related to use of Extranet applicatio and websites.

7.Maintai a working knowledge of networking, user and file security, phones, serve, backups, remote connectivity, remote client support, etc.

8.Have a basic knowledge of all plant business systems, including, but not limited to; ERP/MRP system, time & attendance systems, plant level database applicatio and reporting applicatio.

9.Must be available for after-hou support as necessary in supporting critical business systems.

10.May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description. Performs other related duties.
