职位描述:
Respoibilities:
1.Per headcount budget, take actio to fill vacancies on time
2.Prepare yearly headcount budget
3.Maintain internal trainer system
4.Coordinate departments to draft and implement training plan
5.Eure direct labour skill matrix system is implemented and effectively
6.Update and review training report monthly and quarterly
7.Support HR Manager to follow up succession planning program.
8.Develop long term Trainee program.
9.Design and update operato’ level ‘s incentive program and year end performance review form
10.Coordinate site level APR process
11.Follow up important internal and external audit such as: ISO9001/14001, OHSAS18001, SCR, QAKE…
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree and major in HR or related.
2.More than 3 yea’ experience in HR field, training experience is preferred
3.Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
4.Good communication and interpeonal skills.
5.Positive and can work under pressure
