Job Respoibilities:

?Change management in the Shop floor systems for Quality

?Defining of Control documents like Control pla etc.

?Requalification of all Products according ISO/TS and customer requirements

?Measurement assurance and requalification

?Systematically analyze quality problem in production to find the root causes and action plan

?Support CQS engineer on customer claims and 8D

?Support OQA supervisor with internal claim solving

?Continuously improve product or process quality by using tools of SPC, MSA,8D,Kaizan etc.

?Other tasks assigned by superior

Job Qualificatio:

?Over college degree major in engineering or technology

?Qualified internal auditor ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001, production process audit.

?Quality tools(problem solving, SPC,MSA, control plan, etc.)

?At least 3 yea working experiences on quality management in Automotive industry(Tier 1)

?Ability to fast problem solving

?Ability to communicate with the other functio and outside agents etc.

?Fluently English Skill both in written and oral.

?IT skills such as Lotus Notes, MS office

?Team work and problem solving spirit
