· Raise Material releases from MRP system euring timely deliveries with production planning requirements. 从MRP系统中生成物料要货，保证生产计划所需的物料到货

· Manage EDI /WEBEDI interfaces with supplie 管理与供应商之间的EDI/WEBEDI接口

· Determine required inventory level to eure continuous flow and mitigate shortage risks 确定必需的库存水平，保证连续流和降低缺料风险

· Expedite/ reschedule Materials releases to meet production planning requirements. 加快或者重新安排物料要货，达成生产计划需求

· Interact with production plan to undetand demand planning 与生产计划保持沟通，理解需求计划的要求

· Use and maintain MRP data as the primary planning system tool 以MRP作为首选的计划系统工具，使用并维护MRP数据

· Support New Project Introduction by securing materials availability 支持新项目导入，保证其物料的可用性

· Coordinate Phase out and Engineering Change Request to minimize obsolete 协调淘汰零件以及工程变更零件的计划，最小化废弃零件成本

· Supplier capacity investigation & confirmation供应商产能调查确认

· Monthly supplier delivery reconciliation (in quantity)供应商月度对账

· Support the supplier performance improvement requirements from other departments配合其他部门对供应商绩效提升的改善需求

· Eure active Supplier relatiohip Management and proactively communicate S&OP outlooks 确保有效的供应商关系管理，积极与S&OP计划保持一致

· Tasks assigned by superior 上级交办的其他事项

· Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement ideally or in other Supply Chain disciplines 本科学历，采购或其他供应链相关职能经验

· APICS / SCOR Certificatio / Training is a plus APICSCOR证书或培训经历优先

2 to 5 yea in similar position in a Manufacturing environment (Automotive experience is a serious plus) 2到5年制造业相关岗位经验（汽车行业特别优先）

Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧

Compute Information system proficiency and MRP expertise is a must as well as professional / Business English 电脑/信息系统技能，MRP经验必须，商务英语沟通能力
