Quality planning - prepares ipection pla together with PPPL - prepares ipection itructio - supports ipection equipment selection Quality management - implements zero defect strategy (e.g. poka yoke) - continuously develops quality tools - highlights quality assurance deficiencies - develops, drives, implements quality assurance action pla - validates effectiveness - processes claims - monito and optimizes ipection pla - proposes ipection-compatible component desig - conducts workshops with stamping team - participates in shopfloor management - participates in the Q committee - participates in run@rate production - conducts layered audits Supervision - itructs and supports employees assigned to perform ipection tasks (MASE, MAOP, QASF). Develop Q statistics - develops and tracks information about root causes for the current status of quality-relevant data from production (defect rates, rework, costs, claims, etc.). Leads functional reports - defines and coordinates QASF-related tasks in compliance with objectives and assigned job functio. Assig and functionally supports QASF. Reviews and discusses deliverables.
