Main Job Respoibilities:

- Cooperate with supplier to develop new tooling, Check tooling drawing, support supplier solve tool develop issue.

- Track tooling develop schedule and make sure tooling can be finished in time and good quality

- Check supplier tooling try to eure tool can work stably and process parameter is suitable.

- Support supplier tool to trafer tool to Roechling, check the tool and make sure tool can be fixed in Roechling machine.

- Support new tool try in Roechling and trafer tool to production department. Make sure right document provide to plant

- Provide technical support to optimize tool in production department.

- Support Tooling engineer on technical to solve the tooling issue in new project development

- Follow tooling procedure to make tooling quotation

- Check tooling quotation; make sure tooling price and quotation is right.

- Collect old tool information to make tooling designing specification.

- Estimate tooling cost based on old tooling experience.

- Support production engineer to develop part design, provide right and good tooling solution

Job Requirements：

- College degree or above

- 4 yea tooling designing, 1 year tooling process experience. 2 year tooling molding and assembly experience

- Major: mechanism or electric

- Familiar with tooling structure, tooling manufacture, injection process and automotive plastics part project.

Skill/ Qualification Requirements:

- Supplier manage skill.

- Tooling designing skill.

- The capability of solving tool issue accurate in time in tooling trial.

- Can use software Proe, Catia,UG, Autocad.

- Ability to prioritize and direct multiple tasks for all issues.

- Strong peonnel coordination ability and management skills.

- Must have strong team work spirit.

- Can accept business trip frequently
