Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager will be respoible for generating new business with assigned custome in South / West China(e.g. Ford) and preserving the business within the Account
?Managing the relatiohip between our company and assigned Accounts/Custome
?Providing timely quotation of new business by internally driving the quote process
?Preparing pricing proposals, reviewing them with custome and address any concer
?Developing a customer relatiohips in order to identify new opportunities
?Negotiating long term contracts, new production pricing (annual productivity, design and/or process change related, new product, etc.), warranty terms & conditio, prototype prices.
?Addressing customer concer or issues as they arise by determining who at our company is best suited to resolve it and mahalling company resources to address the concern to the customer’s satisfaction.
?Other works assigned by department manager
Requirements:
Teamwork, careful, active and diligent peonality
Candidates with bachelor's degrees in management or engineering
At least 5 yea work experience in a sales or project management position in Automotive industry, international T1 system supplie
Depth knowledge about Automotive OEMs, like Ford etc.
Knowledge about engine, exterior, interior and chassis
Ideally knowledge about plastic injection / blow moulding and compression moulding processes
Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage an account/customer, or more than one, which entails in-depth knowledge of contract negotiatio, project management and customer systems
Spoken and Written English and Mandarin fluently when communication
