Primary Function
The primary purpose of this position is to educate docto, distributo and other custome. To provide operation solutio and best products, to keep good relatiohip with all these custome, to increase sales and profitability for the business unit in the assigned region. The territory manager is respoible for working with the assigned distributo to developing and implementing local strategies in support of the goals and general strategies of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Respoibilities
1. Develop and implement a regional business plan that anticipates and identifies challenges in the market in order to meet established goals and strategies for the SBU.
2.To educate all custome with good products knowledge and operation solutio.
3. Attend cases and provide appropriate product support to assist docto to achieve desired clinical outcome and enhanced customer experience with COOK products.
4. To visit custome frequently and to meet regularly with KOL customer and to grade each customer group according to their business activities.
5. To form partnehips and to work closely with Distributo to enable them to meet their business plan goals and to generate increased sales in the assigned region. Be accountable for Distributor Sales Forecast in the assigned region.
6. Provide regular feed-back to the Team regarding business plan achievement, customer situation and sales activities for each Distributor each month.
7. To meet and exceed sales targets as outlined in business pla in assigned regio.
8. Be technically astute, solution oriented and receptive to challenges.
9. Proactively eure that you maintain compreheive product, procedural and competitor information in relation to our business. Actively monitor competitive environment and our market share growth.
10. Work with urology team to select, organize and participate in local and international exhibitio and meetings in coultation with Distributo.
11. Keep detailed customer records of sales activities, feedback, market data and contact information. Participate in some works which relate with business such as tende, bids and etc.
12. Eure that product complaints are addressed in established procedures, monitored and actively addressed in a coistent and timely manner with full details.
13. To submit a monthly summary report of region sales achieved, marketing activities, product promotio, competito activity each month to national manager. Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
14. Comply with travel and expee rules and submit expee reports in a timely manner.
15. Eure that the COOK image is presented in a coistent and professional manner.
16. Eure that COOK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance procedures are complied with in all business matte carried out on COOK's behalf.
Qualification / Experience/ Skills Required:
1.College Degree or above with Medical background had better, more than two yea of Medical Device or pharmaceutical sales or management sale experience;
2. Has d istributor management experience and good customer relatiohip, be active to develop new custome and to maintain the existing custome effectively; Preferred Qualificatio
3. Be familiar with the promotion process of business. Be able to complete sales-related work and achieve the company's regional Sales Target;
4. Adapt to travel frequently;
